Please note that once you have signed up, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your plan during the first month.

Suspension/pause fee applicable for RM30/month or per request (for suspension of less than a month). Please notify us minimum five (5) days before your next billing date.

Please note that during the suspension period of your membership plan, access to classes will be unavailable. Additionally, billing will be paused throughout the suspension. Once the suspension is lifted, the next billing date will be adjusted accordingly.

To maximize pass usage, please use them by the end of your billing cycle. Any unused passes can be carried over to the next cycle for a RM30 fee if you notify us at least one day before your billing cycle ends.
