What is Ashtanga Mysore?

Ashtanga Mysore is a self-paced, yet teacher-guided approach to the powerful Ashtanga Yoga method. Unlike traditional classes, Mysore allows you to move through the poses at your own pace, with individualized attention and support, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

What Makes Ashtanga Different?

Unlike other yoga classes with varying routines, Ashtanga follows a fixed sequence of poses. This repetition allows you to:

No experience necessary. Our teachers will guide you every step of the way, whether you're new to yoga or have an existing practice.

2-Weeks Ashtanga Mysore Unlimited Pass Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for ashtanga mysore class only.

  • To be utilized within 2-weeks.

  • One (1) Mysore class a day.

  • No class on Sunday and on Moon days.

  • Once the start date is selected, no further changes will be permitted.

  • Non-refundable.

  • Non-shareable.

  • Strictly no extension.

  • No suspension/pause.

  • One-time use offer exclusively for newcomers. 

Unlimited Ashtanga Plan Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for ashtanga mysore class only.

  • Auto-billing plan. We accept debit & credit card as form of payment. 

  • No contract. To cancel, please WhatsApp us minimum five (5) days before your next billing date.

  • Non-refundable.

  • Non-shareable.

  • Please note that once you have signed up, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your plan during the first month.

  • Suspension/pause fee applicable for RM30/month or per request (for suspension of less than a month). Please notify us minimum five (5) days before your next billing date.

  • Please note that during the suspension period of your membership plan, access to classes will be unavailable. Additionally, billing will be paused throughout the suspension. Once the suspension is lifted, the next billing date will be adjusted accordingly.
