Traditionally, hatha yoga is a term for any type of yoga that pairs poses (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama). Many of the yoga styles - ashtanga, restorative, vinyasa, Iyengar, fall under the umbrella of hatha. Hatha yoga is typically slow-paced with a focus on foundational poses and proper alignment.

We have 2 levels of Hatha - Hatha I and Hatha II, both are heated 🔥 class where the heat is distributed via far-infrared heaters. If you're new to yoga, go for Hatha I class.
